Florence is a consultant neonatologist at the University Children's Hospital Basel (UKBB). As the Basel Regional Director for start4neo and an expert examiner for the Swiss Society of Neonatology, her work focuses on clinical quality and emergency training. She is dedicated to improving neonatal outcomes by bridging specialized bedside care with interdisciplinary simulation.
